
Remote HR Intern
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Help maintain HR records and databases.
- Assist in organizing training and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Conduct research on HR best practices.
Requirements:
- Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Previous HR experience is a plus.
